Oats

Several studies have proved that oats can reduce blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels and efficient in reducing excess weight.
Oats can be consumed in multiple ways. Nowadays they are available in several forms in the stores. The most popular method is to eat them as a breakfast cereal with milk. You can choose any of the flavors, vanilla, strawberry or chocolate. If you want some more variation, then you can also purchase oats mixed with some veggies or some tangy masala.
