Even before she realizes she is going to be a part of a devilish plan, Margaret’s womb is filled with evil incarnate. She gives birth to a boy and girl. While the baby boy is stolen by the conspirators, she escapes with the little girl and Carlita. They just want to be left alone and live happily. But they are not supposed to be alive, especially the little girl. Interestingly the movie draws a few close similarities with another movie of the same genre, ‘Immaculate’.
