They soon get the news that a bus carrying the sick including his mother is met with an accident. The forty-odd patients are in fact, mutant beings. The security force and the police fail to catch any survivors and the mutant beings are spread all over the town. Gradually Emile notices something changes in him too. How long can he hide it from others including his dad and how would François react when he learns the truth? It is one of the most fascinating sci-fi movies you can include in the May movies list.

River

Mikoto, a waitress is seen standing by the side of the river before joining the head waiter to clear and clean a room. Up till that moment, everything seems to be business as usual. A while later, Mikoto finds herself doing the cleaning room part again. And that is when she realizes something is amiss. Soon other staff joined in expressing the same concern. They doubt they are in a loop. So, what next?

Alienoid The return to the future

The Controller is plotting to replace Earth’s atmosphere and thereby take over the Earth. Such an act would mean mass destruction and deaths. Forty-eighty minutes till the Haava explosions. Going back and forth in time, everyone is trying to find the Divine Blade. To unlock the gate of time it is imperative to have the Divine Blade in the right hands. The hunt is on but the time is running out.

Now, it is all about Sergeant Hwang Sun-woo’s survival even as more and more damages are awaited.

Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver

But before too long, Noble’s army returned to attack the village. However, Kora, Gunnar, and others are prepared for a battle with an ambush plan. While the deadly battle is on Kora and Gunnar sneak into the enemy battleship for a counterattack. In the fight, Gunnar dies but not before killing Noble. Once the threat is diffused, everyone regroups. Another mission is on Kora and the rest of the villagers stand by her. The movie ends with the statement, ‘to find her and to fight’, probably signaling a sequel.
