Certainly, many of us are interested in watching and observing movies and documentaries based on nature, flora and fauna. Brothers of the wind (2015, English, 1h 38m)
The incredible location and exquisite sceneries make it one of the Amazing Animal Movies to watch. Story of a boy called Lucas and an eagle called Abel. In fact, most part of the story is narrated by Danzer, a forester who live in the locality. The rivalry between Abel and Cain, the eagle chicks started from their birth. And sadness and silence between Lucas and his father continue for long. One day Lucas chances upon an eagle chick that fell off its nest. They become fond of each other. As time passes by Abel grows stronger and flies high. And Lucas changes his approach towards his father too. The movie offers minimum dialogues and maximum sceneries.

Rams (2015, Icelandic, 1h 33m)
Gudmundur and Kristinn are brothers who live in a remote Icelandic farming valley. They haven't spoken for 40 years despite living in the adjacent houses. As if the resentment was not enough Kiddi's ram wins the best ram competition in the valley. Gummi soon discovers his brother's ram may be scrapie infected. The killer disease soon becomes serous enough for authorities to intervene. A decision is made to slaughter all the sheep in the valley to eliminate the disease. Now, the brothers have to shun the differences to save a few of their livestock.

Black Beauty (2020, English, 1h 49)
Based on the novel of the same name, the movie was brought by Disney Studios. A wild mustang narrates her own story from birth. She along with many from her herd is captured from the wild. She is bought by, John, a horse trainer. Back at his place, John tries to ‘break' her. He is soon joined by his niece Jo whose parents died recently. Now, John has two girls to understand and befriend. Eventually, a bond is fostered between Jo and the horse whom she names Black Beauty.

Kumki (2012, Tamil, 2h 29m)
Bomman and his elephant Manickam are popular at festivals in temples and other celebrations in his location. From the routine, they get a break when they are invited to a village. In view of taming a wild elephant, Bomman and his friends have their task cut out. Meanwhile, he meets up with Alli, the daughter of the village leader. Soon however the wild elephant begins to play spoilsport in the village. Attempts to control the wild animal costs dearly for Bomman and his crew.

Among wolves (2010, Spanish & German, 1h 48m)
Inspired by the true story of Marcos Rodríguez Pantoja, who lived alone in the Sierra Morena Mountains, it is one of the amazing animal movies to watch. Being from a poor family and sold to his father's landowner, Marcos ends up in a valley. Accompanying an old man to tend the sheep for the landowner, the young boy soon befriends a few animals. He teaches the boy how to snare animals and birds and survive in the cave. Once the old man dies, he continues to live in the forest among animals. By the time he is brought back to human civilization, he is already a young man.

Wolf Totem (2015, Mandarin & Mongolian, 2h 2m)
“Life is about choosing moment. Wolves and Mongols understand that”. The whole movie is about the struggle of nomads and wolves to survive in the wildness of Inner Mongolia. One of the incredible animal movies to watch. Yang Ke and Chen Zhen, students from Beijing are sent to Inner Mongolia to teach the kids there. Living among nomadic herdsmen they learn their way of living and tending sheep. Tackling sheep eating wolves is a hurdle they all have to pass. Chen Zhen becomes interested in wolves and gets hold of a cub to raise. He stands against the government order to slaughter all the wolves in the region. The novel based movie depicts actual animals.

The Tiger (2015, Korean & Japanese, 2h 20m)
A family drama with a wild side and historical tone to it. With some incredible turns and touching moments, it is certainly one of the Amazing Animals Movies to watch. Chun Man-duk, in the Mount Jirisan region in Korea, is a famous hunter. He is seen with his family and hunting for livelihood in the opening scene. After a tragic incident during a hunt in which his wife dies, he gives up hunting and lives a quiet life with his son.
The Japanese governor ruling the zone wants to kill even the last of the tigers in Korea. For him killing in the mountain is a display of dominance and hobby. The locals know killing tigers can unbalance the ecology in the region. However, he orders to hunt down the last tiger, Mountain Lord at any cost. Even when his old hunting pals and his own son push him to hunt the tiger, Chun Man-duk refrains and he has a reason.

Like almost everyone I have seen Black Beauty.However, I had not seen these other movies nor even heard of most.
