For the birds

Year: 2000
Duration: 4m
Director: Ralph Eggleston
IMDb: 8.0

So very short yet so meaningful is For the Birds. A flock of fifteen small, chubby birds lines up on a powerline. On one side, on the post, is sitting a large, apparently older bird. The small birds imitate and mock the noise of the larger bird. That is when the big bird flies and perches right in the middle of the line of smaller birds. The power line is already sagging. Now, two of the smaller birds begin to peck at him down while the others hoot in support. In the process, the power line continues to sag. The powerline sags down so much that the big bird lands without much hassle. However, when the big bird was released, the tempered powerline shot back, throwing all fifteen small birds. More shamefully, while the smaller ones are shot up, they shed their feathers. And one by one, each of them, now naked, falls around the big bird. They become a laughing stock in front of the big bird.

How do you rate the list of June movies? For me, two aspects of these movies stood out. Being very short,t these movies do not consume much of our time. In fact, in one sitting, we could watch all of them. Secondly, being animated movies, they are easily assimilated and accepted.
